The Role

Are you ready to be a part of something big? Censius AI is inviting a sales professional to join our team and be a part of revolutionizing the AI industry. In this role, you'll get to flex your sales muscles by identifying and closing new business opportunities with B2B clients. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to understand our offering and develop a deep understanding of the needs of our potential customers.

Could you be the one?

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demos to potential customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets


  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Understand and report sales performance metrics
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Must be in Austin

Nice to have but not required:

  • Knowledge of data science, AI Concepts, and Machine Learning Ops

This is a collaborative role involving coordination across our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams. You must excel at fostering and nurturing client relationships and you must be able to articulate the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations and engage prospects  through emails or calls
  • Qualify and set up appointments between prospects and account executives
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of good-quality leads
  • Develop and effectively  execute communication plans for prospecting
  • Nurture relationships with prospects until they convert to qualified leads
  • Create templates for direct outreach and communication
