The role

The Marketing Manager will look after the Awareness and Acquisition part of our marketing operations - GTM, Content, Inbound, and Outbound. We are looking for somebody who knows the ins and outs of marketing an early-stage, high-potential product while leading a team that focuses on getting things done.

Mandatory qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience marketing a product in the AI/ML/software industry
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in leading a marketing team
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proven results in marketing

What are you going to do in this role?

  • Building product awareness through various inbound and outbound channels to increase traffic to the website
  • Prioritizing and maintaining marketing channels that consistently deliver results
  • Owning conversion on the website through various metrics like - visitor-to-signup ratio, bounce rate, CTA effectiveness, etc
  • Planning campaigns with the team and managing the execution, optimization, and results
  • Experimenting with different ways of user acquisition with the team - ads, evangelism, PR, events, podcasts, etc
  • Building and maintaining lead-generation funnels for our various personas
  • Lead nurturing and qualifying through multiple strategies
